Your account
You need an account to use Typerino. Sign in with Google or Apple to create one. You're responsible for keeping your account secure — don't share your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know right away.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Typerino. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
We don't accept signups from temporary or throwaway email providers. If you believe your email was rejected in error, and we'll review.
Free trial and subscription
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. After the trial, you need an active subscription to keep using Typerino. Plans are available monthly ($4.99/mo) or annually ($49.99/yr).
Your 14-day trial is anchored to your email address. If you delete your account and sign up again with the same email, your trial picks up where you left off rather than restarting.
Payments are processed by Stripe, our Merchant of Record. Stripe handles billing, invoicing, and sales tax on our behalf. Your purchase is subject to Stripe's end-user terms .
Geographic availability
Typerino subscriptions are not currently available to customers billing from Brazil. We may expand availability there over time.
We also do not offer Typerino in regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria) or to customers billing from Russia or Belarus. We use IP geolocation and billing-address country as good-faith measures and reserve the right to decline or refund transactions originating from these regions.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period — we don't prorate or issue partial refunds.
If you're unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll issue a refund through Stripe. Stripe may also resolve refund requests directly when raised through their support channels.
Your content
Everything you write in Typerino belongs to you. Your documents are stored on your computer, not our servers. We don't claim any rights over your work. We don't access, read, or analyze your content — we couldn't even if we wanted to, because we never have it.
What you can and can't do
You can use Typerino for any lawful purpose. Please don't:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
- Share, resell, or redistribute Typerino to others
- Use automated tools to access the service in ways that harm it
- Attempt to circumvent licensing, trial limits, or subscription checks
- Use Typerino to violate anyone's rights
Intellectual property
Typerino's design, code, and branding belong to Anxious Media, LLC. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the application. This license lasts as long as your subscription is active (or during your free trial).
Updates and changes
We regularly update Typerino with improvements and bug fixes. These updates may change features or functionality. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes, but we reserve the right to modify the service.
Service availability
Typerino is primarily a desktop application that works offline. Online features (account management, subscription verification) depend on our servers, which we aim to keep available but can't guarantee 100% uptime. If our servers are temporarily unavailable, the app continues to work — you just can't sign in or manage your subscription until they're back.
Offline subscription verification. Once you sign in on a device, Typerino remembers your active subscription so you can keep working without an internet connection — on a plane, in a cabin, anywhere. Typerino periodically re-verifies your subscription when you're online to keep its records current. If we haven't been able to check in for a while, you'll see a small reminder on launch asking you to reconnect when you can; reading and writing keep working in the meantime. If your subscription has actually ended, the app will reflect that the next time you have a connection.
Limitation of liability
Typerino is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost data, lost revenue, or interruption of work. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Because your documents are stored locally, you're responsible for backing up your work. We recommend using cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, or iCloud) for automatic backup.
Termination
You can stop using Typerino and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. If we terminate your account, you won't lose access to your documents — they're on your computer.
Dispute resolution
If we have a dispute, let's try to resolve it directly first. Email us and we'll do our best to work it out. If we can't, disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Typerino after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
